  • The rates quoted above are based on the mentioned hotels.
  • The above rates are net and include government taxes (VAT, TDL & NBT) totaling to 18%.

  • These rates are applicable for tour operators/travel agents working exclusively with us, in Sri Lanka.

Children Policy;

  • Below 5 Years – On a complimentary basis.
  • Age between 5 – 12 – With Extra Bed – Will Pay 50% of adult rate (when sharing room with parents).
  • Age between 5 – 12 – Without Extra Bed – Will Pay 25% of adult rate (when sharing room with parents).

Cancellation;

  • Cancellation less than 45 days prior to check-in date will be charged 25% of the Total Tour Cost.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in date will be charged 50% of the Total Tour Cost.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days prior to check-in date will be charged 100% of the Total Tour Cost
  • Late arrivals / Early Departures / No-shows – No Refund.
  • Last Minute Booking Within 15 Days Prior to Arrival – No Refund.

Other Conditions:

  • Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally.
  • Visits to wildlife parks, adventure activities, etc. will be at the client’s own risk.
  • Payment by credit cards will be subject to 3% bank charges.

Hotel reservation;
The confirmation of the hotels is guaranteed upon confirmation of the trip and subsequent receipt of the deposit. If the planned hotels are not available will be proposed alternative structures of the same category. In case we cannot find than similar solutions are provided: a supplement in case of higher class hotels and a refund in the case of lower category hotels.

Important points to note;
All the services in the programs are guaranteed, however, for operational reasons, the order of the itinerary may vary. Check-in at hotels is expected no earlier than 14:00 hours. The checkout is categorically expected by 11:00. All the above hotel rates are subjected to revision as and when government taxes are revised or when respective hotel managements revise rates.
Bars, Clubs, or similar entertainment are prohibited during “Poya” Days. As such liquor will also not be served in public areas of the hotels during this time.
Visas:
A tourist visa needs to be obtained for nationals other than Singapore & Maldives. The cost is approximately 30 USD and could be obtained online. For further details, visit www.eta.gov.lk/

Airport Tax:
The cost of Airport tax is included on the flight ticket. However, this could differ for Charter flights.
Presently rooms are available as per the above itinerary. However, we are not holding any rooms at the moment.

Day 1Colombo - Sigiriya

Arrival at the Colombo International Airport. Clients will be Welcome by our AYUBOWAN TOURS & TRAVELS representative and transfer to Hotel at Sigiriya. After a brief relaxing evening climb to the Rock fortress Sigiriya. Sigiriya (Lion’s rock) is an ancient rock fortress and palace built during the reign of King Kassapa I (AD 477 – 495). Contemporary with the paintings of Ajantha and Ellora Caves in India, highlights being the Frescoes, Mirror Wall, and the Lion’s Paw, and it is one of the Seven World Heritage Sites of Sri Lanka.

Day 2Sigiriya - Polonnaruwa – Sigiriya

After breakfast, leave for Polonnaruwa via Habarana. In Habarana join the place of elephant ride. Then do a sightseeing tour in ancient city Polonnaruwa (11th Century AD), visit the many sites of archaeological and historical interest in the Sacred City including the Grate Statue, Quadrangle, Royal Palace, Gal Viharaya, Kumara and Lotus Ponds, Thiwanka Image House and many more. And see one of the country’s biggest water reservoir Parakrama Samudraya.

Day 3Sigiriya - Anuradhapura – Sigiriya

After breakfast does an Excursion tour to ancient city Anuradhapura, From the 4th century BC, it was the capital of Sri Lanka until the beginning of the 11th century AD. The ancient city, considered sacred to the Buddhist world, is today surrounded by monasteries covering an area of over sixteen square miles (40 km²). Anuradhapura is a City of archaeological and historical interest including Isurumuniya – the first temple to be built in the island, Sri Maha Bodhi Tree- with an authenticated history of more than 2300 years which has been planted from a sapling from the original tree under which Buddha attained enlightenment, Ruwanveliseya – the largest stupa in the island, Jethawanaramaya and Abhayagiriya – which in their original form have been equivalent in size to the Great Pyramids in Giza and have thus been declared as World Heritage Sites, Twin Ponds, Thuparamaya- the first Stupa to be built in Sri Lanka enshrining the left collar bone of the Buddha, the Samadhi Statue – meditating posture, etc thereafter drive to Sigiriya. Day 4Sigiriya-Dambulla-Matale-Kandy

After breakfast leave for Kandy via Dambulla, Nalanda, and Matale. First, visit the Dambulla cave Temple. It is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 m over the surrounding plains. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding. Major attractions are spread over 5 caves, which contain statues and paintings. These paintings and statues are related to Lord Buddha and his life. There are a total of 153 Buddha statues, 3 statues of Sri Lankan kings and 4 statues of god and goddess.

Then visit Gedige at Nalanda one of the remarkable archaeological sites in Sri Lanka & enjoying the Spice garden at Matale and take part in a conducted tour to get some knowledge about the growth and use of spices in the day to day life.

Day 5Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya. On the way visit a Tea Factory and a Plantation to witness the manufacturing process of world-famous “Ceylon Tea” and to taste a pure un-blended cup of factory fresh tea. Also, pass by eye-catching views with waterfalls. Evening city tour of Nuwara Eliya Including Victoria Park, Gregory Lake, and Golf Course, the 125-year-old club is situated within the city limits. Day 06Nuwara Eliya - Ella - Yala

After breakfast leave for Yala. On the way enjoy the scenery at Ella Gap and also pass by eye-catching views. In the evening do a half-day jeep safari to Yala National park, Yala National Park is the second-largest and most visited national park in Sri Lanka. The park covers 979 square kilometers, The Park is best known for its variety of its wild animals. It is important for the conservation of Sri Lanka an Elephants and aquatic birds.

Day 07Yala - Galle - South Cost Beach

After breakfast leave for Negombo via Galle. First, visit Galle Fort, Galle Fort was built first by the Portuguese, then modified by the Dutch during the 17th century. Even today, after 400 years of existence, it looks new and polished with reconstruction work done by the Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka, inside the Galle Fort which is in a Dutch Colonial building in Church Street is the Cultural Museum.
