• Air-conditioned fully insured (Local) Vehicles with English speaking Chauffeur with Gasoline
• Mileage will be calculated from Airport to Airport basis. It will be calculated considering the last point as Airport. You can drop at any destination and pay the chauffeur, who will continue to the airport.
• Driving hours will be between 0800 hrs. To 20.00hrs.
• Arrival & departure vehicles can be utilized according to the flight schedule.
• For every additional hour of exceeding the limit given above for the service of the chauffeur is subject to pay USD 1.5 per hour.
• Vehicle Mileage indicates meter will zero (0) when the tour starts from the Airport. Every day morning before your tour begins chauffeur will show the meter and will write down the log sheet provided by us. The end of the everyday driver will provide a log sheet for your reference and you should check with the meter and put your signature of yours. This will avoid any misunderstanding regarding the kilometers used during your trip.
• Parking charges, Paging, and Highway charges are not included in the rate
• Well experienced qualified driver service will be provided
• All vehicles are fully insured with a passenger cover. Passengers Insurance covers entitle of LKR.500000/-.
• The time of transfer to the destination depends on the roared condition and traffic on the route
• Tentative bookings and quotations are valid only for 24 hours and all bookings will be confirmed only after receiving payment
• Cancelation and refunds are approved on management decisions.
• Last-minute cancellations are nonrefundable.
• In case of a breakdown substitute vehicle with the same condition will be provided within 24 hours
• For overnight stays, accommodation charges of US$ 08 for cars and vans for bus 15 $ per night are applicable if driver quarters are not available.
• For safari, jeeps will have to be hired & charges to be paid directly, entrance fees, photo and video permits at locations and other personal expenses have to pay by the client.
• Before arrival clients should send us flight details as we can arrange your pick up from the airport.
• Foreign currency exchange rate will be applied according to the current date of payment
